The challenge in this piano song for the late beginner is keeping control in the left hand with the continual eighth notes up to bar 12. Also keeping the notes aligned is tricky, especially in bars 7 and 8 with the ties in the right hand. You can practice them first without the ties until you master the rhythm, then put them back on. Make the final two notes in the left-hand light staccato.
