Piano solo intermediate – “Nitty-Gritty Boogie”

$1.99

Here are the basics on the boogie with the 12 bar blues progression. Bar 8 has the left hand using the thumb on the top note then moving to the 2 for the F sharp. This keeps your hand from having to position higher for the black key if you used your thumb on the F sharp. However, if it’s too difficult, you can reverse it and play the 2 on the E and thumb on the F sharp.
